About Me

I am Angela, and for over the past 20 years, I have worked within the holistic health & wellbeing industry. I have vast experience as an educator, from beauty and holistic therapies to personal development.

I have been fortunate enough to have trained with leading worldwide experts within the personal development field and have gained a deep understanding of the complexities of anxiety and the profound impact it can have on our lives.

I get it, and I have personal experience of the challenges that grief anxiety presents. The fear of the future, the work-life balance struggles, the financial worries. I’ve been there!

On the surface, my life looked ‘normal.’ But underneath was this fear that I just couldn’t let go of. I tried everything to try and overcome this crippling feeling and just wanted to release the burden of this constant anxiety. And then…

Having studied life coaching many years ago utilising the teachings in all areas of my life, I decided that I wanted to learn more and really understand the human psyche at a deeper level.

The past few years I’ve been on a journey learning updated Coaching Strategies, Therapeutic Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

I can honestly say it has been a revelation. It has helped guide me to a place of more balance and peace, both in my career and personal life. It may sound cheesy, but it has changed my life!
