About Me

Hi, I’m Angela, and for over the past 20 years, I have worked within the holistic health & wellbeing industry. I have vast experience as an educator in holistic therapies and personal development.

I have been fortunate enough to have trained with leading worldwide experts within the personal development field and have gained a deep understanding of the complexities of phobias, fears and anxiety and the profound impact it can have on our lives.

I used to feel fear and anxiety around certain situations. On the surface, my life looked ‘normal.’ But underneath was this fear that I just couldn’t let go of. I tried everything to try and overcome this crippling feeling and just wanted to release the burden of this constant fear and anxiety.

I wanted to find out why.

Having a fascination about the human mind, I wanted to learn and really understand what makes us who we are.

Why do some of us have these fears, phobias and anxieties whereas others don’t!

Why?

Having studied life coaching many years ago utilising the teachings in all areas of my life, I decided that I wanted to learn more and really understand the human psyche at a deeper level.

I soon realised that I was asking the wrong question – Why? To get any real long lasting results from fears and phobias, I learned it’s not asking Why?

It’s asking How! HOW do we do that?

WOW! It took me a minute… but when I got it, it changed my whole perspective and outlook about what makes us who we are.

I will be forever grateful to my coach and mentor for helping me see life through a different lens. And it all started by just asking the right question. It changed everything!

So, The past few years I’ve been on a journey learning updated Coaching Strategies, Therapeutic Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

I can honestly say it has been a revelation. It has helped guide me to a place of more balance and peace, in my own life, both in my career and personal life.

It may sound cheesy, but it has changed my life!
