Hi, I’m Angela!

For 20 plus years I have worked within the health, wellness and personal development industry. I started running my own business many years ago, when my daughter was just a little bundle of joy. She’s now a grown up bundle of joy (most of the time) and now travelling and exploring her own life’s journey..

My business journey began as a beauty, holistic and well-being therapist many years ago which lead to me setting up a training academy to help (mostly) women learn practical skills in beauty, holistic and well-being therapies.

Over time it was obvious that although hundreds of women went on to set up successful businesses , others did not. Even with those skills, knowledge and qualifications, many women were afraid to take it further and move forward.

And I totally understand why. I used to be filled with fear at the thought of setting my prices, charging my worth, and the very thought of posting on social media? That filled me with absolute ‘terror’!

So I totally get where you are if you are feeling the same. That comparison to others and imposter syndrome, well… it consumed me, and I wish I had got support and help earlier than i did, but hey, if you don’t know, you don’t know right?

However, I found the courage to reach out for help and embarked on a journey that has now led me to do what I do now, helping other therapists, just like you to thrive in business and in your personal life – regardless of circumstances.
